About Skiftly

Your team uses a spreadsheet to manage holidays.

It has 14 tabs, three people have edit access, and nobody is sure which version is current.

We noticed.

What we are

Skiftly is what happens when someone gets tired of that being acceptable. It is a planning tool for teams: holidays, shifts, absences, availability. Built to replace the spreadsheet your manager is still somehow proud of.

It will not change your team. It will not "empower" you. It will not send you a newsletter about the future of work.

It will just show you who is in, who is out, and who forgot to log their time off again. Clearly. Without a 12-step onboarding process.

What we believe

Our values

Be Clear

Clarity is the product. If something is hard to read, hard to find, or hard to act on, it is not done yet.

Be Human

Behind every shift request is a person with a life. We build with that in mind.

Be Lean

We respect your team's time by not wasting it. No bloat, no noise, no features for features' sake.

Be Collaborative

Planning should not happen in one person's inbox. Skiftly gives the whole team visibility and a voice.

Be Reliable

Your team depends on accurate information. So we hold ourselves to the same standard we hold the product.

Giving back

We give 2.5% of revenue to causes we care about, every year, starting from our first euro earned.

Not as a marketing exercise. Because it matters to us.

The name

Skift is a Nordic verb. It means shift. Change. Transformation. We liked that.
