Beta Status
Last updated: 29 July 2026
Skiftly is currently in private beta. That means the product is being actively tested with a small group of teams. This page explains what beta status means for you, your data, and your rights.
1. What beta means
- Features may change, move, or disappear between releases.
- Bugs are expected. Some may affect display, some may affect saved data.
- The database may be reset or migrated with reasonable notice.
- There is no service-level agreement or uptime guarantee during beta.
2. Your data during beta
Data you enter is stored securely on Supabase in the EU region, protected by row-level security, and only visible to members of your team. It is not sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or used to train AI models.
Because the schema is still evolving, we may occasionally reset test data. Before any reset that would remove real work, we will notify all admins by email at least 7 days in advance.
3. No charges
Skiftly is free to use during the beta phase. When paid plans launch, existing teams will receive advance notice and a fair transition period. You will never be charged without an explicit checkout.
4. Deleting your account or data
You can request full deletion of your account and any personal data at any time. Email mohammed.benmessa@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, or from any email listed on your team member profile. We will confirm deletion within 30 days as required by GDPR.
5. Reporting bugs and feedback
Bug reports and feature requests are welcome and genuinely useful during beta. Email mohammed.benmessa@gmail.com or use the in-app feedback widget on any page. Please include screenshots and the steps that led to the issue when possible.
6. When beta ends
We will announce the end of beta by email to all team admins at least 30 days in advance, along with any changes to pricing, terms, or data handling. Continued use after that date will imply acceptance of the updated terms.
