The database is hosted by Supabase Inc., 970 Toa Payoh North #07-04, Singapore 318992, with data stored in the EU (Frankfurt) region. Authentication is provided by Clerk, Inc., 660 King Street, Unit 345, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Subscription billing runs via Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin 2, D02 H210, Ireland. Transactional email is sent via Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #4667, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA.

Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform (ODR) at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board and generally do not do so.

The Skiftly name, logo, source code, product design, and content are protected by copyright and trademark laws of Belgium and the European Union. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.

Applicable law

This Legal Notice and any dispute arising from the use of the Service are governed by the laws of Belgium. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Belgium.
